Job summary

Sagchip seeks a Telecommunications Administrator to provide support, installation, configuration, and maintenance for telecommunications systems. You will troubleshoot hardware, assist with moves, and coordinate schedules to minimize downtime.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Information Telecommunications Technology and at least one year of related experience, with familiarity in PBX systems and network security. Travel may be required, and HIPAA compliance applies to sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Telecommunications Technology or related field.
• One year of experience in Telecommunications.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience accepted.
• Experience with Nortel/Avaya PBX systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide telecommunications software and equipment installation support.
• Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunication hardware and devices.
• Assist end users with office moves including PC hardware and phones.
• Coordinate work assignments to minimize service disruption.
• Maintain documentation and supervisor productivity reports.
