Job summary

AZ Corporation in North Stonington, CT is seeking an Experienced Telecom Technician to install, maintain and inspect telecommunication systems at client sites. The role involves following blueprints, installing cables, relays, switches, and testing to TIA/EIA level II standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Installs cable supports, through floor and wall sleeves, fire stopping materials.
• Install relays, cabinets, network switches.
• Terminates data, voice, coaxial, control, and fiber optic cables.
• Install cable trays above and below floors.
• Ability to work in small spaces.
• Test cables to TIA/EIA level II standards with cable analyzer and fiber test equipment.
