Maintains the effective operation of the district’s telecommunications systems and troubleshoots and resolves telecommunication issues. Arranges service and installation of equipment and supervises personnel in support of these operations. Programs dial plans, databases, and advanced features for the VOIP system and supporting programs as needed. Responsible for the administration, filing and maintenance of all Schools and Libraries Program Erate forms for all district telecommunication services.
Supervises and evaluates the performance of telecommunications staff.
Personal computer, telephone equipment and all other standard office equipment.
