Main Line Health is seeking a Telecommunications Rep for Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. The role involves handling internal and external communications for physicians, staff, patients, visitors and callers through the telecom system.

You will be technically proficient, process transactions promptly, and monitor alarms to notify the right personnel. This position emphasizes strong customer service and healthcare experience, with a 2:00pm–9:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
• Telecommunication and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, including emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct contact for patients, staff, visitors and callers via the telecommunications system.
