Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) seeks an experienced Project Manager with telecom operations leadership to guide service desk, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of enterprise communication systems. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage incidents, changes, and service delivery while driving continuous improvement.

The role is onsite in Washington, DC, requiring US citizenship and a TS clearance. PMP/ITIL is preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS clearance at time of application; willingness to obtain SCI access and pass CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related IT Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading technical teams in service desk operations, troubleshooting, or system support roles.
• Understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, PBX, UC platforms), network fundamentals, and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for enterprise telecommunications/telephony systems to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team including service desk staff, troubleshooting specialists, field technicians, and systems engineers.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes with timely triage and resolution.
• Coordinate workloads, maintenance windows, system upgrades, and scheduled service activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements to meet SLAs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, troubleshooting workflows, and operational documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders regarding performance and project status.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and vendor teams on enhancements and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and contractual obligations.
