Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a switchboard operator to manage the central switchboard, answer and route calls, and communicate announcements according to policies. The role maintains the call directory and updates toll records, with potential clerical tasks such as mail distribution.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and preferred candidates have hospital switchboard or call center experience and at least 1 year in customer service.
