We are accepting applications for the position of full-time Public Safety Telecommunications Officer in the Madison Police Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recording telephone communications, receiving and relaying radio messages to various vehicles/personnel, and other duties as assigned.
Salary range is $54,281- $69,311. Possibility of a $1,500 dollar bonus for a successful job performance review in July of every year.
High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred. Three (3) years of experience in public safety telecommunications is preferred. Bilingual with Spanish a plus.
Must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license. Must be 18 years or older. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and work shifts including weekends and holidays.
