Our customer is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in DMV with a significant presence across the East Coast. They offer comprehensive turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless division supports major carriers such as TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle.

They are seeking either experienced or entry-level equipment mechanics to service telecommunications equipment. This equipment may be used by aerial or underground construction teams and includes items like Excavators, Dump Trucks, Small Cell Gear Tools, etc. Most equipment is diesel-powered, so diesel engine experience is preferred, but a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Currently, they have a highly experienced mechanic nearing retirement within 1-2 years, presenting an opportunity for a candidate to learn from him and develop a long-term career at KCI. Mechanics will work closely with the yard foreman, who is also a TEK former.

This role offers exposure to the telecommunications industry and cutting-edge 5G technology.
