Placements24 is seeking a Telecommunications Installation Technician to provide remote support for network deployments. You will guide field teams and end-users through installation steps, diagnose connectivity issues, and document resolutions from a remote environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and telecom hardware, plus strong communication skills for remote instruction. Remote work flexibility is offered.
