Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications, IT support, or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Eligible for public trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and upgrade telecommunications technology and infrastructure.
• Install and configure voice and data networks; run and terminate cables.
• Test circuits and alarms; identify and escalate issues.
• Document configurations and network diagrams.
• Travel up to 75% of schedule.
