Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• Electrical/Telecommunications/Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, and IP/MPLS networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and support telecom and operational network solutions for reliable electric system operations.
• Develop and maintain fiber optic, microwave, RF, wireless, and IP/MPLS networks for substations and control centers.
• Support SCADA, AMI, grid automation, and tele-protection with secure data communications.
• Lead or assist with telecom projects, including budgeting, design, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and maintain cybersecurity compliance.
