Responsibilities

• Supervise telecommunications and AV staff, set priorities and schedules.
• Manage repair, service, and installation requests; prepare service orders and invoices.
• Arrange moves/adds/changes; review completed orders for accuracy.
• Design and implement Cisco Call Manager workflows and Unity voicemail configurations.
• Train end users and support agents on telecom systems.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for telecom services.
