Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Respond to requests for telephone repair and service; prepare service orders; dispatch technicians and manage changes.
• Review and balance bills; track invoices; respond to billing inquiries.
• Assist in installations with new/upgraded telephone systems; train end users and admins.
