Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, provide leadership to foremen and crews, and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor on local projects with occasional travel.

The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and ensuring project completion, with a strong preference for telecom MSA contract experience and solid computer skills including Excel and database software; a DOT medical card and Class A CDL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills with database software and Excel; knowledge of Google applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
