Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage daily project operations and lead Foremen and crews. You will coordinate materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring safety and timely reporting.

This role focuses on coordinating field activities with strong communication and leadership across teams. The position requires 18+ years, US work authorization, and prior utility construction crew leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred
• Good computer skills with database software and Excel
• Experience with Google applications a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local work with occasional travel
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• DOT physical exam and medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on assigned projects
• Ensure timely job completion and quality standards
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
