The role requires physical stamina, the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings, and readiness for overtime, nights, or weekends. Training and safety compliance are emphasized to ensure project delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• 1 year of work-related experience in utility construction, telecom, or laborer work.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and machinery.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment.
• Maintain safe working habits and coordination on site.
• Work in all weather conditions and overtime as needed.
