Job summary

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew of 2–4 members.
• Provide hiring/firing and training recommendations.
• Supervise crew performance, budgeting, and safety compliance.
• Understand job/project scope (SOW) and procedures (MOP).
• Plan and schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Read and construct from site plans and layouts; manage materials.
