Job summary

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable Tophands to build, maintain, and upgrade wireless infrastructure. You will work outdoors on telecom sites, often at height, installing antennas and lines safely while traveling across the East Coast in 4–8 week rotations.

The role requires rigging knowledge, OSHA 30, and NWSA TTT1/TTT2 certifications, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Foreman reports directly to supervision on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 30 Certification
• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Coast markets
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and upgrade wireless infrastructure on telecom sites.
• Install antennas, lines, and equipment safely at height.
• Travel across East Coast for rotations.
• Report to the Foreman and work within a team environment.
