Job summary

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable and experienced Tophands to join our growing team. This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands-on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently.

You’ll travel extensively along the East Coast on rotations, and you’ll report to the Foreman, applying rigging techniques and tower safety standards as part of a tight-knit field crew.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Coast markets.
• Rigging knowledge and ability to install lines and antennas.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and upgrade wireless infrastructure.
• Install antennas, lines and equipment safely at height.
• Work outdoors on telecom sites and travel across East Coast.

Job description

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable and experienced Tophands to join our growing team. This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands-on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
You’ll work outdoors on a variety of telecom sites and travel extensively across the East Coast, often on 4 to 8 week rotations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of rigging techniques, tower safety, and installation practices, and thrives in a team environment while reporting directly to the Foreman

Requirements (Must Have Before Starting)

• Valid Driver’s License;
• OSHA 30 Certification;
• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification;
• Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets;
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations.

Required Experience

• AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work;
• Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes.
