Job summary

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable Tophands to build, maintain, and upgrade wireless infrastructure. You will work outdoors on telecom sites, often at height, installing antennas and lines safely while traveling across the East Coast in 4–8 week rotations.

The role requires rigging knowledge, OSHA 30, and NWSA TTT1/TTT2 certifications, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Foreman reports directly to supervision on site.

Qualifications

• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Coast markets
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations

Job description

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable and experienced Tophands to join our growing team. This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands-on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
You’ll work outdoors on a variety of telecom sites and travel extensively across the East Coast, often on 4 to 8 week rotations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of rigging techniques, tower safety, and installation practices, and thrives in a team environment while reporting directly to the Foreman

Requirements (Must Have Before Starting)

• Valid Driver’s License;
• OSHA 30 Certification;
• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification;
• Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets;
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations.

Required Experience

• AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work;
• Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes.
