Job summary

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking experienced Telecom Technicians for telecom installation and maintenance across the East Coast. You will install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Outdoors work with 4–8 week rotations and travel up to 10 consecutive days in various markets. Technicians report to Foreman and Tophand and collaborate with the team to complete daily scopes efficiently and safely, with competitive pay and regular PTO,

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets.
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom equipment and systems on-site.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and technical standards.
