Job summary

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking experienced Telecom Technicians to support wireless installation and maintenance projects across the East Coast. Technicians will install, test, maintain and troubleshoot telecom equipment on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Outdoor work is required with 4–8 week rotations in diverse East Coast markets and up to 10 days travel per trip. Ideal candidates have strong technical backgrounds and problem-solving skills; report to the Foreman and

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets.
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Madysta Telecom USA is hiring experienced Telecom Technicians to support wireless installation and maintenance projects across the East Coast. Technicians are responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and systems on-site, while ensuring safety, quality, and technical standards are met.

Technicians report to the Foreman and Tophand and work closely with their team to execute daily scopes efficiently and safely. This position requires working outdoors and committing to 4 to 8 week rotations in various East Coast markets. outdoor work and travel throughout the USA, with potential trips lasting up to 10 consecutive days. Candidates must have a strong technical background and problem-solving skills.

Requirements (Must Have Before Starting)

• Valid Driver’s License;
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets;
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations.

Required Experience

• AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work;
• Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes.
