Dominion Energy invites you to join our internship program focused on telecommunications and network support. You will engage in hands-on troubleshooting, research and resolve complex issues through tickets and emails, and provide field support for various systems across the Virginia and North Carolina region.

Applicants should be pursuing a 4-year degree in information systems, cyber security, computer science or related fields, with a minimum 2.5 GPA, and be able to start in summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Graduating in Fall 2028 or later.
• Be willing to work part-time during school semesters and full-time May–early August.

Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and respond to complex issues via tickets, emails, and NOC under supervision.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting of electronic equipment and IT/software programs as instructed.
• Support field operations for telecom and network systems across Virginia and North Carolina.
