M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 to install and service telecommunications cabling and equipment in complex facilities across diverse markets.

The role requires hands-on work with OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber optics, and structured cabling, with a focus on safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in telecom installation, a BICSI Installer Level 1 copper certification, and fiber certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of telecommunications installation experience.
• BICSI Installer Level 1 copper certification required.
• Fiber certification and additional manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install communications cabling and equipment per plans and standards.
• Gain knowledge of OSP & ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber optics, and structured cabling.
• Lead and support field-project teams with safety compliance.
• Travel up to 75%.
