Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks a Structural Project Engineer for our Telecom Department in Wall, NJ. You will perform structural analysis and design for towers, rooftops, and related structures, using O-Calc, RISA Tower, AutoCAD, and other industry tools.

Responsibilities include developing construction drawings, coordinating with clients and teams, conducting field visits, and contributing to proposals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years telecom structural engineering experience.
• EIT certification required; PE license or eligibility within 12 months preferred.
• Proficient with design software and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for telecommunication towers, monopoles, rooftops, and related structures.
• Utilize O-Calc, RISA Tower, AutoCAD, and other tools to complete evaluations and reports.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and client standards for codes and design requirements.
• Develop construction drawings, calculations, and documentation for installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Conduct field visits and inspections to gather data and verify conditions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
