Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical field service, electronics, or network implementation experience.
• Experience staging, configuring, and testing IP telephony and network equipment.
• Hands-on experience implementing VoIP and related telecommunications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for installation and activation of products.
• Provide remote and on-site support for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Deliver customer onboarding and product training.
