Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing VoIP and related telecommunications solutions.
• Experience staging, configuring, and testing IP telephony equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to schedule delivery, installation, and activation.
• Provide remote and on-site support for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Prepare detailed as-built documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
