Job summary

OXIO is hiring a Solutions Architect to drive the initial sales journey, engaging with technical and business stakeholders. You will lead discovery, proposals, and solution curation while balancing technical depth with clear business value.

The role requires communicating complex telecom solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and lasting client relationships. Hybrid/Remote work is available.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in technical sales engineering or solutions engineering, ideally in telecom/MVNO environments.
Experience with MVNOs and telecom technology sales is essential.
Hands-on with cloud platforms, APIs, and telecom software solutions (BSS/OSS).
Knowledge of MVNO models and telecom operations including billing and provisioning.

Responsibilities

Lead sales presentations and technical demos for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tailor pitches to address business pain points, focusing on efficiency, scalability and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions to uncover requirements and opportunities.
Develop customized solutions, write proposals, and contribute to commercial offers.
Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing and meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with marketing to refine pitches and materials; feed feedback to product/engineering.
