Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Site Manager for Fort Knox, KY, with Secret clearance, to oversee the enterprise telecom infrastructure and ensure the project stays on track within contract requirements.

You will lead staff, coordinate security clearances, prepare monthly reports, manage QA, and provide technical guidance to government personnel, applying ITIL practices and Army I3A/C4IM standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Expert knowledge of Telephone Infrastructure.
• At least 10 years experience with Telephone management/leadership.
• Proficient in administration and documentation services and in using MS Office Suite.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Army I3A and C4IM standards and requirements.
• At least 5 years of telecom project management experience.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes for projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project, ensure it is on track, and review all process modification decisions.
• Attend status meetings and prepare monthly financial reports; reconcile and approve input for monthly invoices to the Government.
• Lead contractor staffing and security issues including facilitating clearances.
• Provide on-site technical guidance to government personnel.
• Develop project plans for short-term and temporary initiatives.
• Provide management status reports to the NEC Director.
• Review new process enhancements and provide implementation updates to the KO and the COR.
• Develop and implement a quality control plan (QCP).
• Coordinate with the NEC and customers for enterprise system components and related products.
• Produce system configuration documents and maintain quality control for all documentation.
