Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in telecom, inventory, procurement, or licensing.
• Experience with Telecommunications management and software licensing.
• Ability to reconcile data across systems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled automation and process improvements.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT telecommunications, hardware and software procurement, inventory, and licensing.
• Maintain accurate mobility data and explore AI-enabled automation.
• Collaborate with Procurement on sourcing, vendor management, contracts, and continuity.
• Monitor invoices, credits, trends, and billing issues.
• Support budget processes and monthly telecom reporting.
