Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Revenue Assurance audits to identify billing inaccuracies and revenue leakage.
• Reconcile data from customer revenue, billing, provisioning, ordering, invoice, and contract sources.
• Apply anomaly detection, trend analysis, and contract analysis to spot discrepancies.
• Validate issues by researching contracts, orders, provisioning, invoices, and billing rules.
• Collaborate with client teams to correct inappropriate billing through client systems.
• Track opportunities and financial results through client portals and dashboards.
• Communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders with financial impact explanations.
