Job summary

Teoco is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to analyze telecommunications data across revenue, provisioning, ordering, billing, and contracts. The role focuses on identifying under-billing opportunities and ensuring corrections are implemented in collaboration with clients.

Strong analytical, data-analysis, and telecom knowledge are essential. The candidate will validate issues by researching contracts, orders, provisioning, invoices, and billing rules, and will communicate findings to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources preferred.
Knowledge of telecom revenue, provisioning, ordering, billing and contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform Revenue Assurance audits to identify billing inaccuracies and revenue leakage.
Reconcile data from customer revenue, billing, provisioning, ordering, invoices, and contracts.
Apply anomaly detection and trend analysis to identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with client teams to correct billing through ordering and billing processes.
Track opportunities and financial results through portals and dashboards.
Prepare analytical reports and respond to internal and client requests.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
