Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners, a trusted advisor to a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Telecom Billing Analyst to support billing assurance and cost-recovery analyses.

You will analyze usage rating, invoices, and revenue data, trace discrepancies to root causes, and collaborate with FinOps, Contracts, and government partners. This is a hybrid role with up to 50% travel; an active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in telecom billing, revenue assurance, or billing operations within a complex, large enterprise.
• Experience supporting billing audits, revenue assurance engagements, or migrations.
• DoD or federal billing/reimbursable operations experience is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field; analytics certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support billing assurance and cost-recovery assessments, including usage-to-bill reconciliation.
• Analyze billing data to identify mis-rated or unbilled services and quantify financial impact.
• Document and redesign billing, order-to-cash, and dispute management processes.
• Assess readiness of billing and financial systems and support remediation roadmaps.
• Analyze dependencies between billing remediation and migrations, rate-setting, and funding model changes.
• Contribute findings to broader engagement scope and deliverables.
• Support practice development through internal knowledge sharing and content creation.
