Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Norwalk, CT location. The role is in-person, full-time, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom, or retail, and possess a high school diploma or GED. You will upsell, educate customers on plans, and contribute to a high-growth team with commissions and growth

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed individual and commission-based sales goals.
Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Collaborate with store team and cover shifts within a 35-mile radius when needed.
