Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Norwalk, CT. This full-time, in-person role focuses on engaging customers, presenting wireless, cable, internet, and related services, and driving sales with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will meet or exceed sales goals, explain pricing and promotions, and deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product/packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Support team collaboration and store performance.
