Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person retail team. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting telecom products and services, and driving upsell opportunities in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work toward meeting sales and commission goals while delivering a positive customer experience and building long-term brand loyalty. Flexible scheduling and weekend/evening shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons.
• Experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
