Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced Restoration Foreman for our telecom construction team in Minnesota.

You will lead crews, manage equipment, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, training crew members, and ensuring compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Three years of related experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
