Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects run on time and safely. You’ll manage equipment, coordinate materials, monitor progress, and report updates to the supervisor.

This role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. We offer weekly paychecks, PTO and holidays, plus a 401(k) with company match and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee training of crew members.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
