Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and partners to select audits and prevent damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy and compliance with laws, regulations, and client obligations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
• Complete necessary forms, communicate findings, and document investigations.
• Correct field risks and mentor technicians.
• Participate in quality assurance ride-alongs upon request.
• Provide feedback to improve quality and reduce damages.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2+ years of telecommunications or cable construction experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Located in NC or northern SC (Spartanburg or Cherokee County).
