You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and QA peers to dig into issues, develop test plans, and expand automated testing practices in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Software QA/testing experience.
• Background in telecommunications, VoIP, networking, or related tech.
• Experience testing mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Jira and defect tracking.
• Working knowledge of Linux and log analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Exposure to test automation or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Test mobile, web, backend, API, and integrated applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Test applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and execute test cases and validation procedures.
• Investigate defects using logs from apps, devices, and servers.
• Document and track issues in Jira and verify fixes.
• Troubleshoot across application, backend, network, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA during releases.
