Qualifications

2+ years of professional QA/testing experience.

Experience testing mobile, web, and backend systems.
Familiar with Jira and software defect tracking.
Working knowledge of Linux and log analysis.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
Exposure to test automation or scripting.

Responsibilities

Test mobile, web, backend, API, and integrated software applications.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
Test applications across Android and iOS platforms.
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and validation procedures.
Investigate defects using logs from applications, devices, and servers.
Document and track issues in Jira and verify fixes.
Troubleshoot issues across application, backend, network, and integration layers.
Work with development, product, and QA teams throughout the release process.
Support opportunities to expand automated testing and improve QA processes.
