Job summary

ZealHire Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer specialized in Clarify CRM and Telecom BSS/OSS for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will design comprehensive test plans, execute end-to-end testing, and ensure quality across functional, integration, and API tests.

Required 7+ years in software testing, hands-on Clarify CRM, strong SQL skills, and experience with AI-assisted testing. Onsite three days per week with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Clarify CRM.
• Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database validation.
• Experience in API, interface, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience preparing test plans and test strategy documents.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, strategies, and cases for BSS/OSS applications.
• Validate end-to-end order journeys and workflows within Clarify CRM.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing.
• Use SQL queries to identify, validate, and troubleshoot migrated test data.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct root cause and log analysis to identify defects.
• Track, document, and manage defects using Jira, HP QC, or similar tools.
• Prepare detailed test execution reports and quality metrics.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
