Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a Software Test Engineer in Alpharetta, GA for a hybrid contract role (3 days onsite per week). The candidate will contribute to testing BSS/OSS telecom applications, design and execute test plans, and ensure quality across interfaces and APIs.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with Amdocs Clarify CRM 6/6.5 and SQL, familiar with Jira/QC, and be capable of defect logging, root-cause analysis, and reporting test results with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BSS/OSS and Telecom Domain.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for BSS/OSS modules.
• Mandatory knowledge of Amdocs Clarify CRM 6 or 6.5 and its Order journey.
• Experience with SQL to identify migrated test data.
• Experience in interface and API testing.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage.
• Experience with defect management tools like Jira and QC.
• Prepare Test Plan and Test Strategy documents.
• Root cause and log analysis abilities.
• Document and report test results with detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Continually improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on with AI tools in testing.

Responsibilities
