Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain quotes, purchase orders, documents, project plans, project reports, and vendor management.

The role involves entering quotes and budgets into Vista, coordinating with PMs, creating POs, onboarding vendors, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and project tracking. This position emphasizes organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook; Vista experience a plus.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and budgets into Vista, gathering PM quotes.
• Input PO information and update budgets; coordinate manpower with PMs and assign techs in Vista.
• Create POs to vendors, track materials with vendors, update PMs on ETA, and receive materials.
• Onboard new vendors/customers/contractors with Supply Chain, guiding the process from start to finish.
• Manage active projects, quotes, and requests; update dates and budgets, add change orders.
• Provide financial reporting and project tracking as required.
