Job summary

Network Connex is seeking an on-site coordinator in Dallas, TX to maintain quotes, purchase orders, documents, project plans, project reports, and vendor management.

You will enter PM quotes into Vista, create POs, track material shipments, onboard vendors, and provide financial project reporting while coordinating with PMs. Requires English proficiency and an associate degree or equivalent experience; telecom background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with material orders and tracking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Vista experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quote entry – gather PM quotes and enter quotes and budgets into Vista.
• Project creation – input PO information and update budgets; coordinate manpower and update Vista with assigned techs.
• PO creation – create POs to vendors; track materials and update PMs on ETA; verify receipt.
• Vendor onboarding – work with Supply Chain to onboard Vendors/contractors.
• Vista management – manage active projects, quotes, and update dates/budgets; add change orders.
• Reporting – provide financial reporting and project tracking as required.
