Job summary

Honest Networks is growing its New Development Project Management team to expand the Gigabit network into new NYC apartment developments and select sites in NJ/CT/PA. The PM will coordinate with real estate partners, contractors, technicians and foremen to guide builds with quality and timeliness, reporting progress against objectives.

The role is on-site at NYC construction sites and our Lyndhurst, NJ warehouse, requiring collaboration across departments including network engineering,

Qualifications

• Based in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT/PA)
• Minimum 1 year of telecommunications experience managing multiple telecom teams
• Experience installing/terminating Ethernet and fiber in residential/MDU
• Familiarity with fixed wireless and fiber tech; OSHA 30/40 preferred
• Ability to create design schematics and work with project management software

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction metrics are met (time to deploy, downtime, man hours) and report progress
• Plan and organize a clean, efficient job site and schedule tasks weekly
• Create build plans/schematics for Field Technicians to follow
• Collaborate with network engineers, operations, and account executives to ensure successful builds
• Interact with customers and building owners/managers professionally on-site
