Job summary

Radiant Digital Solutions LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Telecom Project Manager to lead end-to-end programs in a large telecom environment. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage vendor relationships, and report to executives while delivering network transformations on time and within budget.

The role requires strong governance, 10+ years in telecom project management, and familiarity with Packet Broker, Network Probes, LTE/5G/Core networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in telecom or networking.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience managing global and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong governance and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with Packet Broker, Network Probe, Data Mediation, LTE/5G/Core Networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom programs (Packet Broker, Network Probe, Network Instrumentation, Data Mediation).
• Manage project planning, deployment, testing, and operational transition for network transformation.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risk, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, network engineering, operations, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer and executive stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, performance, and delivery commitments.
• Supervise hardware migrations, probe deployments, network instrumentation, and platform upgrades.
• Apply strong governance and execution best practices.
• Demonstrate leadership in multi-vendor programs and global delivery.
• Leverage expertise in telecom networking and data mediation platforms.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Packet Broker, Network Probe, Network Instrumentation, and Data Mediation programs in a large telecom environment
• Manage project planning, execution, deployment, testing, and operational transition for network transformation initiatives
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, dependencies, and executive reporting
• Coordinate activities across business, network engineering, operations, architecture, and delivery teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer and executive stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, performance, and delivery commitments
• Supervise hardware migrations, probe deployments, network instrumentation, and platform upgrades
• Ensure strong project governance and adherence to execution best practices
• Leverage 10+ years project/program management experience in telecom or networking
• Utilize expertise in Packet Brokers, Network Probes, Service Assurance, LTE/5G/Core Networks, Data Mediation Platforms, and Network Analytics
• Apply strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Prefer experience with Gigamon, Netscout, Keysight, or similar platforms, and working with Tier-1 telecom operators
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred
• Experience managing global and offshore delivery teams a plus
• Demonstrate leadership in driving multi-vendor programs, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering large-scale network transformation projects on time and within budget
