UNITEK External is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, work with the operations team, and provide technical expertise for growing initiatives. You will solve problems in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong customer service and professional staff leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, budgeting, and reporting skills, with 5+ years of project management experience and a background in telecommunications or related technical fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in general business; PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications/VoIP/telecom dispatching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate with operations.
• Communicate with customers and project managers to define scope and changes.
• Provide regular status updates, budgets, and reporting to management.
• Mentor technicians and staff to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding safety, assets, and production.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines.
