Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of professional level experience or 9+ years with supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a construction/installation team.
• Ensure resources and tools are available for project execution.
• Manage after-hours support and emergencies.
• Oversee budget, scope, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Report status and performance data to management.
