• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Data Support: Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates; assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates; support schedule reviews and task ownership.
• Project Updates & Data Validation: Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope; escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners; assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams; provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.
